Do you enjoy photographs?

Why not come along and see what we do? - with no obligation to join.

It doesn’t matter what sort of camera you have, or if you are an expert or a beginner; perhaps you simply like looking at photographs.
We are a friendly club and visitors receive a warm welcome.

We meet every Wednesday from about 7.15pm during the winter months.

Our programme starts at 7.30pm.

Our next season starts 14th Sept 2011 and continues until the end of April 2012

Meetings take place in a new and comfortable air-conditioned room upstairs in Rhyl Community Fire Station,

There is a well-lit car park at the rear of the building and a lift up to the meeting room.

We have very comfortable chairs, excellent toilets and a drinks machine.

We have digital and slide projectors, with a sound system, a large screen and an illuminated stand for viewing prints.

Each season we have a programme of external speakers, exhibitions and competitions - see our Programme page for details.

The competitions are still popular with our members, which is why we still have them. But there is no obligation to take part. New members often find they can learn a lot from judges comments on other people’s photos.

We don’t run photographic courses as such, though we do have occasional training sessions, (generally for digital photography) and we are a friendly bunch of enthusiasts willing to share our knowledge and experience.
